We will be performing scheduled maintenance to the CaseWare Cloud Service to apply the security patches in region Asia Pacific.

Expected Impact: The Cloud services will be intermittently unavailable. The primary services affected are SE, Collaborate, SmartSync Services & Working Paper.

The 2 hours of maintenance window is a consolidated time of all the servers for each Region, hence it will not be a complete service outage for the entire 2 hours for individual servers. The service will be intermittently affected only a short period during the patch upgrade to specific server.

Action Required: We recommend that you save your work and log out of CaseWare Cloud prior to the start of the maintenance period. If you are on Working Papers 2019 and higher, you can continue to work on your files offline. Earlier versions of Working Papers using Cloud security will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
