We would like to inform you that a scheduled maintenance will be carried out on the Caseware Cloud Service across the Asia Pacific region within the Production environment.
The maintenance may cause intermittent unavailability of all Caseware Cloud services. The maintenance window's duration is a combined total for all servers in the Asia Pacific region. Service disruptions will be brief and occur only during the patch upgrade for each region-specific server.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
