We will be performing an emergency maintenance to the CaseWare Cloud Service in the regions Europe 1 / Europe 2 / Europe 3 - Africa / Europe 4 - Africa / Europe 5 - Netherlands / Europe 6 - Africa / Europe 7 - Netherlands / Europe 8 - Germany / Europe 9 - Netherlands / Europe 10 / Europe 11 / Europe 12 - Africa / Europe 13.

Expected Impact: All CaseWare Cloud services will be unavailable in the individual firm only for approximately 2 to 15 minutes during the maintenance window. The total of 7 hours window is a consolidated duration of all the firms..

Action Required: We recommend that you save your work and log out of CaseWare Cloud prior to the start of the maintenance period. If you are on Working Papers 2019 and higher, you can continue to work on your files offline. Earlier versions of Working Papers using Cloud security will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
